Steve is a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor in Matwork and Reformer. He has taught reformer based Pilates since 2006. Steve is a friendly and enthusiastic trainer, and loves to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
Steve is also a qualified personal trainer through Premier Training, with additional skills in Kettlebells, suspension training and boxing through the Ricky Hatton Academy.
He is also a qualified Sports and Remedial massage therapist through the London School of Sports Massage.
Outside the studio Steve is a keen runner from 5km up to marathon distance.
